Christopher J. Joyce

Joyce started Joyce Landscaping while in high school and has increased services with the launch of Always Green of Cape Cod & Grassroots Irrigation during the past five years. Joyce was a recipient of the 2008 Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce “Business Excellence Award” for Service. In addition, Joyce is a past president of the Cape Cod Landscape Association, president of Barnstable Youth Football and a supporter of many charitable organizations throughout Cape Cod and the South Shore.


Marci Tyldesley
Age: 35

Community involvement: I do Pro Bono PR work and event planning for numerous animal-related non-profits, including “Pets with Disabilities” and the Mashpee Dog Park committee.

Biggest professional success: Hard to say, but anytime I get a client in the national spotlight for something GOOD they’re doing, it’s a good day.

Dream job: Veterinarian.

Businessperson you admire most:
Martha Stewart for her vision, tenacity and ability to overcome adversity; and for creating a billion dollar empire out of the little things.

Hobbies: Running, gardening, cooking, spoiling my three dogs and seven nieces & nephews.

Tyldesley is a freelance publicist, consultant and event planner, working mostly with nonprofits and small, emerging companies. Prior to launching out on her own this year, Tyldesley has served as a Vice President/Team Leader at Boston-based Regan Communications Group, one of the largest public relations firms in New England. She has managed some of the company's marquee accounts while at Regan, including the New England Patriots and Entercom Radio Group. She also ran the company's satellite office in Osterville and oversaw all of the company's Cape Cod operations.


Susana Murphy

Community involvement: I am a member of the Pine Hills BNI chapter and also serve on the board. I have also served on the board of South Shore Young Professionals and am still an active member to this day. Before becoming a real estate agent, Murphy owned her own HR employment recruiting company. While running her company, she envisioned a sales environment that offered a product, service and environment that were all dynamic instead of the typical ebb and flow. Because of this, she was drawn to the real estate industry and earned her license in 2005. She has earned the Re/Max Paramount Broker of the Year award three years in a row and is trending toward being the recipient once again in 2010.

Williams had been a Human Resources Manager for BIDMC Hospital, but as a seamstress and designer for 23 years, started her own business 18 years ago. Her Marshfield boutique offers one-stop shopping for custom alterations and jewelry and accessories. In addition, she donates time and money to breast cancer research, in honor of her mother, a breast cancer survivor.

Rubenstein’s varied background includes numerous camp counselor positions as well as sales and marketing assistant at Primeshot.Com, recreation assistant at JCC of Greater Baltimore, agent’s assistant at William Morris Agency and The
Paradigm Agency and associate at The Goodman Group, all leading to the ownership, with his wife Sandy, of his own camp in Yarmouthport. In addition, he is president of the Massachusetts Camping Association, Recreation Commissioner for the town of Yarmouth, VP and president-elect of the board of Cape Cod Child Development Program, and board member of Community Leadership Institute of The Cape and Islands.


Anthi Frangiadis

Alan Mulally, Pres. & CEO Ford Motor Company, for his ability and perseverance to lead in difficult times by re-focusing on the consumer and the automobile design which always worked for the corporation.

Before striking out on her own, Frangiadis has worked for Abacus Architects & Planners of Wareham, Cubellis Saivetz Associates of Braintree and Boston and Polhemus Savery DaSilva Architects/Builders of Chatham. In addition to her RISD training, she has become a LEED Accredited Professional and a Certified Planner and currently holds licenses to practice architecture in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire and Ontario. In 2009, she launched Archit8 Studio LLC, an architecture, interiors and planning firm. Her past involvement in the Town of Wareham was recognized by the Commission of Southeastern Regional Planning and Economic Development District in May 2005 and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, House of Representatives in June 2006.


Stephanie Whelan

After stints at St. Anne’s Hospital, Pediatrics; Brockton Pediatrics, Private Physician Office; Pediatric Clinical Supervisor, Falmouth Hospital, Whelan obtained her current position, branching into adult med/surg medicine in conjunction with pediatrics. In addition, she often assists with community flu clinics.


Jessica Mattoli
Age: 37

Bill Gates. Not only is he brilliant, but he’s generous and is “hands on” in helping to save countless lives.

Favorite book: Anything by P.G. Wodehouse, Ayn Rand’s Fountainhead.

Dr. Mattoli joined the medical staff at Falmouth Hospital after attending medical school at Tufts University School of Medicine and did her residency in general surgery at the University of Connecticut Health Center. She also did a fellowship at the State University of New York at Syracuse. Mattoli is certified by the American Board of Surgery and
received an additional certification from the American Board of Surgery in Surgery of the Hand. She opened and is a partner in the Hand Center at Falmouth Hospital.


Donna Kutil
Age: 36

Acquiring Sandwich Agway and taking it out of near bankruptcy; receiving Business of the Year in 2009 from Sandwich Chamber; No. 2 Garden Center award from Cape Cod Life (No. 1, here we come!); being able to retain all our employees in this economy.

Dream job: I absolutely am living it!

Hobbies: Softball, kayaking, golfing, gardening, cooking.

Favorite book/movie: Gladiator.

Kutil has been working the family business since 1988, and acquired Agway in 2005. She counts as major highlights being able to bring her passions to the business, employees and customers without any resistance or reservations, including taking information from a seminar/workshop, tradeshow, etc. and implementing it. She strives to make changes about the perceptions of a local garden center and educating her customers and community. In addition to extensive involvement with the Sandwich Chamber of Commerce, including co-chair of Shop Sandwich First and SandwichFest, Kutil created a perennial line that donates proceeds to Children’s Cove and is part of the Cape & Islands Green Initiative.
