Robert Fraser named Chairman of the Board of Directors for South Shore Chamber of Commerce

Robert J. Fraser of Marshfield has been elected to the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors for the South Shore Chamber of Commerce.

In this role, he will help shape the agenda for the Chamber over the coming year, working with the Chamber’s Board of Directors and its CEO, Peter Forman.

Fraser, who is President and CEO of South Coastal Bank headquartered in Rockland, has long been an active member of the South Shore Chamber, serving as its Vice Chair and as a member of the Board of Directors.

Fraser holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and a Masters degree from the Northeastern University College of Business Administration. In addition to work within the Chamber, he serves on the Advisory Board of Employ Ability in Braintree which has merged with Triangle, Inc. in Malden. Fraser is also a member of the South Shore Hospital President’s Circle.
