Marybeth Mills Muldowney of Hanson was officially installed as 2010 president of the Plymouth and South Shore Association of REALTORS® (PASS). An inaugural event took place at the Pembroke Country Club and was attended by over two hundred REALTOR® members and guests from across the South Shore and the state.

Ms. Mills Muldowney officially assumed the duties as PASS President on January 1, 2010. As president, she will direct the internal and external activities of the association; preside at all meetings of the PASS Board of Directors and Executive Committee; act as the official spokesperson for the association on issues related to the real estate industry; and represent PASS members on the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® (MAR) Board of Directors. Marybeth is the broker/owner of TradeWinds Realty Group in Norwell and Plymouth and has been a member of the Plymouth and South Shore Association of REALTORS® for 12 years serving on numerous committees before being voted to the Board of Directors in 2005.

PASS is the second largest REALTOR® trade association in Massachusetts with over 2,300 members serving communities from Quincy to the Cape Cod Canal. Members are united in purpose and dedication to providing knowledgeable and ethical real estate services to consumers and fellow members.
