Rutherford Advisors acquires Hyannis-based The Executive Suite

Hyannis Massachusetts - Elizabeth Harris-Moritz and Warren J. Rutherford today announced jointly that effective immediately, Rutherford Advisors Inc. is the new corporate parent of The Executive Suite, the oldest and largest human resources and staffing firm on Cape Cod.

The Executive Suite was founded in 1979 by Mrs. Harris-Moritz to serve the needs of Cape Cod businesses, and during the company’s 30 year history it grew to become the “go to HR firm” not only for entrepreneurial business owners and managers, but also for job seekers who benefited from The Executive Suite’s career guidance during their efforts to find suitable employment.

“We have been fortunate to represent the best and the brightest over the last 30 years,” said Mrs. Harris-Moritz. “We grew with our clientele and it’s been my privilege to work with so many capable and talented people on both sides of the desk. But knowing we were poised for greater opportunities with South Coast and South Shore client demands, it was time to bring in more sophisticated management with the expertise to guide TES and its growing client base. Warren Rutherford has operated Rutherford Advisors, Inc. since 1997, and has deep roots in the Cape Cod and Southeastern Massachusetts communities. He provides proven leadership with expertise in business communications, executive coaching, and business consulting to businesses throughout Massachusetts and beyond.
