Cape Cod Cooperative Bank welcomes Gary Sheehan as corporator

Joel G. Crowell, President of Cape Cod Cooperative Bank, is pleased to welcome newly elected corporator, Gary Sheehan, to the bank’s mutual holding company, Coastal Affiliates, MHC.

Gary Sheehan, President and Chief Executive Officer of Cape Medical Supply, Inc. was elected at the recent annual meeting. “Gary is a well recognized and active leader in the community. His experience, enthusiasm and professional approach are an outstanding addition to our organization,” said Mr. Crowell.

In his role at Cape Medical Supply, Mr. Sheehan oversees all operations and is dedicated to ensuring the highest levels of customer service possible. He is frequently quoted in industry publications and by the local media. He has addressed federal legislators on the state of affairs in the home medical equipment and respiratory care industry, and has spoken at national conventions. He writes a regular column in “To Your Good Health: A Healthcare Newsletter,” sharing his views on the healthcare industry and bringing to light relevant and timely information pertaining to legislative issues, personal health matters, and new technologies available to patients in their homes.

Mr. Sheehan is a graduate of Boston College and earned his MBA from Suffolk University in 2008. He has previous experience in the field of sports marketing and in the event planning field as well.

An active member of the community, Gary serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Cape and Islands United Way, is a member of the Board of Directors of Cape Cod Young Professionals, is an active member of the Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce, supports the Visiting Nurses Association of Cape Cod and is a member of the Steering Committee for Cape Cod Focus.

Gary resides in West Yarmouth with his wife Kristina and son Sean.
