Still time to apply – Habitat Homeownership Opportunity in Truro

Habitat for Humanity will be accepting applications until June 8 for an affordable 3-bedroom home in Truro. It is anticipated that construction will commence in September.

General information about applying for a Habitat home is available on the website: www.habitatcapecod.org.
Applicant households must be income eligible (with a maximum 65 percent of area mediah income for household size), be willing to commit many hours of sweat equity to building the home and have a housing need.

The maximum income is 65% of median income as adjusted by household size. For example, for a four-person household, the approximate maximum income is $52,813.
