  • Engage and network with fellow sponsors

  • Send your own invitations, postcards or personal letters
  • Use your social media networks to get the buzz out - post the event on Facebook, Twitter, etc.
  • Call your prospective clients and invite them to visit your booth

Creative Booth Display

The main purpose of your display is to attract prospective clients so you can talk to them about your industry and services. You only have a few seconds to catch their eye before they walk on. Your display should: attract prospective clients, build interest, create desire and demand attention.

Some points to consider are:

  • Keep the booth open and inviting to make visitors feel welcome.
  • Signs are VERY important – using the typical show ID sign will not do it. Consider using a banner with large, easy-to-read fonts.
  • Make sure the booth sells who you are – allow your prospects to touch, smell, see, feel and experience your product or service. This will leave a lasting memory in their minds.
  • Be interactive. You have wireless connectivity.
  • Make sure you have a way to capture leads.

 

Attendees notice when a display is noticeably larger than others. The amount of space you have is directly related to how many leads you will obtain. The more space you have, the more salespeople you can have in the booth, which means you can talk to more attendees. Having a busy, active booth creates buzz! Make your booth fun and entertaining.
