Certified lead-safe renovator course

Painters, plumbers, electricians, window installers, general contractors, property maintenance workers, remodelers and any other occupations that perform renovation or painting work in residences built prior to 1978 or child-occupied facilties are required by Massachusetts law 454 CMR 22.00 to complete an 8-hour Lead-Safe Renovator Supervisor course. This course is both EPA and Mass Division of Occupational Safety (DOS) approved. Registration and pre-payment are required. Fee is $215 for HB&RACC members / $245 for non-members.
