Eastern Bank

Carol McMullen is the President of Eastern Bank’s Wealth Management businesses. She is a member of Eastern Bank’s Executive Committee and also oversees the Bank’s marketing departments. Carol serves on the economic advisory board of AIM; the Board of Directors of Partners Healthcare; and is Chair of the Board at Newton-Wellesley Hospital.

Michael Goodman
University of Massachusetts Dartmouth Department of Public Policy

Michael Goodman is Associate Professor and Chair of the Department of Public Policy at UMass Dartmouth where he directs both the face to face and fully online Master's in Public Policy programs. A leading analyst of both the Massachusetts and the New England economies, Goodman is co-editor of MassBenchmarks, the journal of the Massachusetts economy published by the UMass Donahue Institute in collaboration with the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston.

Terence Shepherd
ROCG - Shepherd & Goldstein Consulting Group LLC
Terence J. Shepherd, CM&AA, CPA, MST, is a principal of ROCG~Shepherd & Goldstein Consulting Group, international consultants to small and medium sized family-owned enterprises. Terry is a regular speaker on expansive business topics and has authored numerous articles. He is also the founding partner and managing partner of Shepherd & Goldstein, a regional full service certified public accounting and business consulting firm.
