Attention, Boston area CEOs: A great opportunity to mix business, networking, and pleasure in a setting that is sure to inspire! This is an April 8 event sponsored by The CEO Summit, Putting Your Competition on Ice: “Creating and Sustaining a Competitive Advantage" at TD Banknorth Garden, starting at 5:00 p.m.

This second annual CEO Summit, a group of several Boston area business professionals, will include a panel presentation on key challenges to businesses trying to gain a competitive advantage in these challenging times. Immediately before and after the presentation, there will be a networking forum; and, all guests will have top-rate luxury box seats, courtesy of The CEO Summit, as the Boston Bruins take on the Buffalo Sabres.

“The CEO Summit: Putting Your Competition on Ice: “Creating and Sustaining a Competitive Advantage" is open to Boston area CEOs who preside over companies with annual revenues in excess of $2 million. The initial forum addresses key challenges to businesses, including:

  1. Vision:– how to clearly articulate where a business leader takes a company; how compensation and incentive programs are a key driver
  2. Planning: Analyzing the viability of business growth strategies
  3. Guidance: Legal needs in the leadership arena, and how to move beyond the “business as usual” strategy
  4. Staffing for Success: Recruiting & Retaining the best and Brightest
  5. Personality: Marketing/communications, social media marketing, search engine optimization
  6. Community: Public relations, and how visibility helps position a CEO in his/her industry and the community
  7. Relationship: The Importance of the Face to Face Relationship


“The CEO Summit” is the creation of James E. Moniz, CEO of Greater Boston companies Northeast VisionLink and Northeast Wealth Management.
