Our Baby Boomer's Weekend 2009 was a hit! So we will offer our second annual Boomer Weekend from February 26th - 28th, 2010! If you have ever considered retiring to the Cape and purchasing a home in Chatham, then this special weekend has been designed for you! Your Baby Boomers by the Sea Weekend Package includes exquisite accommodations less than a mile from Chatham Light Beach and a half mile from downtown Chatham at the Carriage House Inn. Upon arriving, you will be greeted with a wine and cheese reception Friday night. Saturday morning promises a gourmet breakfast before guests begin an unhurried home tour with real estate experts from John C. Ricotta & Associates.
