 Cape & Plymouth Business, working with the Cape Cod Young Professionals and South Shore Young Professionals, is proud to announce its 40 Under 40 awards, honoring distinguished businesspeople under the age of 40. This program spotlights the region's top young business leaders who excel in their industry and show dynamic leadership. Keynote Speaker

Dharmesh Shah is founder and Chief Technology Officer of HubSpot, an Internet marketing software company dedicated to helping small businesses leverage the Internet to get found by qualified prospects and convert more of them into leads and customers. He also authors OnStartups.com, a top-ranking blog with more than 21,000 subscribers. He is an active member of the Boston area entrepreneurial community and a frequent speaker on the topic of startups and Internet marketing. Dharmesh holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Alabama and an M.S. in the Management of Technology from MIT. 

Master of Ceremonies

Mark Hellendrung is President of Narragansett Brewing Company. Hellendrung, a native Rhode Islander, was previously Chief Financial Officer of Nantucket Nectars. The Narragansett Brewing Company was founded in 1890, closed on July 31, 1981, and then re-launched in 2005 by Hellendrung and his team, who have expanded its market share and reinvigorated the Narragansett brand identity.
