La Tanzi, Spaulding & Landreth, P.C. has been engaged in the practice of law since 1969.  Originally comprised of one attorney and one staff member, we now employ more than twenty-five attorneys and staff members. In order to best serve the client, each attorney concentrates his or her practice in a particular field of law.  Our practice includes specialties in real estate, financing, estate planning, estate settlement, elder law, guardianships, business, zoning and municipal law, and a variety of litigation matters, including general civil litigation, probate and domestic relations. 

Our philosophy remains consistent with the ideals that were originally brought to the practice by Thomas La Tanzi:  expeditious resolution of a client’s matter by providing prompt and quality legal services based upon an in-depth familiarity of the legal issues through regular client communication and a thorough understanding of the relevant law.

Because a client’s legal needs frequently involve more than one area of law, and because the client should be represented by the attorney or attorneys best able to serve the client’s legal needs, we employ a “firm” concept where clients are considered “firm” clients rather than clients of an individual attorney.  Through coordination and consultation, our attorneys integrate their skills in their respective areas for the benefit of the client.  The result is integrated legal services of superior quality.
