Indian Pond can accommodate an intimate affair for 10 people to conferences for up to 500 people. Our professional planners will help tailor your event to your specific needs. We can provide you with all of the tools that you need to have a successful meeting, fundraiser, retreat or golf outing.

The Board Room
Indian Pond Country Club’s executive Board Room accommodates up to 30 guests. The Board Room is a quiet and secluded space, often used for meetings and corporate retreats.

Blackstones
Accommodating up to 140 guests, Blackstones is a fine choice for any affair. Blackstones is a distinctive restaurant that sets the standards in fine dining and service. Blackstones is a popular destination for a variety of events including meetings and corporate dinners. Warm cherry woods and a floor to ceiling fireplace welcome your guests to an elegant event experience.

Members dining and adjoining Boardroom

Members dining is a warm space located on the mezzanine level of Indian Pond. With an adjoining boardroom that can be reserved with or without the dining area, Members dining is a favored area of for corporate guests. Accommodating from 10 guests to 150 guests it is ideal for a golf event, meeting or conference.

Grand Foyer

Vaulted Ceilings and imported Italian chandeliers grace the warm and inviting cocktail foyer. Cocktails are ideal on the outdoor terrace overlooking the rolling green hills, pond and fountain. The Grand Foyer is completed by a classic Grand Piano. This is a great room to end a meeting day with a cocktail reception or start out your event with style. The Grand Foyer accommodates from 20ppl to 300ppl.

Grand Ballroom

Accommodating affairs up to 500 guests, the Grand Ballroom is a superior choice for any event. The Ballroom is complemented by the terrace which runs the expanse of the club house. With a floor to ceiling fireplace and a wall of windows with panoramic views this room is an impressive choice for your next event.

½ Ballroom

The Fireside ½ of the Ballroom accommodates up to 100 guests and offers all of the features that the Grand Ballroom has for a smaller group.

1/3 Ballroom

The Fireside 1/3 of the Ballroom accommodates up to 40 guests and offers a cozy portion of the Grand Ballroom for an elegant affair.

Bridal Suite

This suite is a private sanctuary for small intimate affairs for up to 30 people. The unique cascading chandelier, vaulted ceiling and floor to ceiling windows are on a par with the views of the pool, tennis club and the wooded hills.
