About

The New England Business Brokers Association (NEBBA) is the largest New England non-profit association run exclusively for the benefit of business brokerage and mergers and acquisitions.

NEBBA was established to draft and enforce a high standard of ethics for members who are engaged in activities related to the sale of closely held companies. For most customers and clients, the sale or purchase of a business is the largest single investment they will make in their lifetime.

NEBBA stands ready to ensure that investment is represented with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.

NEBBA members and associates include business brokers, valuation specialists, attorneys, accountants, financial planners and bankers. NEBBA has more than 100 cooperative business brokers, intermediaries and associates in New England, covering the states of Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine. NEBBA is an affiliate of the International Business Broker's Association (IBBA) and offers IBBA certified continuing education and training.
