GISC is a nonprofit organization dedicated to studying and teaching the interpersonal skills that energize human interactions and lead to action, change and growth. We offer powerful learning experiences in the areas of Leadership Development, Professional Skill Development, and Personal Development, that will increase your impact and improve your relationships at work, at home, and in the larger world.

Our program The Next Phase: A Program for Transition and Renewal teaches the steps of a successful transition and will help you confront the challenges, envision the possibilities and develop personal tools to make a transition successfully and with assurance.

Leadership in the 21st Century teaches leaders how to create the conditions necessary for good teamwork along with skills for managing change and holding difficult conversations.

The Cape Cod Training Program, now in its 28th year, teaches coaches, clinicians, consultants, and leaders a radically simple and powerful approach that dramatically increases your ability to create effective interventions.
