OUR MISSION STATEMENT: We at TLC HOME HEALTH CARE SERVICES, INC. realize that when someone is unfortunately unable to be independent, their family memebers are in need. Our goal, therefore, is to provide health care services to our clients that will enable them to be more self-suffiecient while enhancing their well being, dignity and qualtiy of life.

OUR SERVICES: We at TLC provide everything you could possibly need from COMPANION CARE/HOMEMAKER SERVICES which would involve transportation needs, as we provide automobile insurance for our caregivers to be able to transport a client anywhere, be it a doctors appointment, to run errands, go to the hair salon, just out to lunch or for a ride to the beach or an activity at the local Senior Center. These caregivers can also assit with shopping, meal preparation, housekeeping, caring for pets/plants, emotional needs, mental stimulation, walking, laundry as well as flexible to what a clients needs may be.

We also provide CERTIFIED NURSE ASSISTANTS AND CERTIFIED HOME HEALTH AIDS. These caregivers will do all that the Companion Care/Homemaker does as well as personal hygiene, nutrition, incontinence/toileting care, transferrring and repositioning, medication reminders, assistance with dressing/grooming, ambulation and mobility as well as assistance with physical therapy program. There again, our caregivers are flexible as to what each and every special individuals needs are.
OUR LPN'S AND RN'S will assist with the above as they are the extended direction to CNA's and CHHA's. They work with all from pain management, to skilled nursing, wound management, palliative care, assessments, home monitoring, filling medication boxes, working with doctors, overseeing vital signs and much more.

TLC STAFF realizes the demands that set in when someone's home life, comfort and security are disrupted. We work with the family, and other professional providers to tailor a plan that assures a continued lifestyle that one is accustomed to and is deserving of. Our caring services are there for you whether it be minimal hours per day or twenty four hours per day seven days a week.

WE BEGIN by spending considerable time preparing an in-home assessment that results in an individualized care plan to meet the specific needs of our client. Family memebers are involved, but no longer overburdened. Part of our services involve the careful selection of a caregiver that has the skills and unique traits that meet the client's preference. On an ongoing basis, our comminucation/feedback system enables us to make adjustments to meet the client's changing needs.

OUR CAREGIVER PROVIDERS are special in that each on offers a loyal,caring and compassionate personality. As appropriate, each caregiver, from an RN, LPN, CNA, CHHA, to Companion/Homemaker are trained, schooled, licensed and certified by the State of Massachusetts.

Before beginning client work, all of our providers are carefully screened and evaluated including reference checks, CORI report clearance, verification of license or certification, CPR, drivers license, physical examination and liabitlity insurance coverage.

We also offer CASE MANAGEMENT as TLC will work with the client and family members in consultation to coordinate and direct a comprehensive long-term geriatric support program with a Certified Senior Advisors. TLC can assist from pre retirement to social, recreational, spiritual, legal, tax and insurance and well as the flexibilty on a loved ones needs.
